In 2009 she achieved the Certified Image Professional (CIP) qualification from AICI and was one of only 3 CIPs in Singapore then. Known for her vivacious personality and interactive training style, clients quickly discover with Cecellia how easy it is to understand image concepts. An experienced sales and marketing trainer, Cecellia complements her image training with related insights to assist organisations to reach their bottom-line results. With nearly 20 years of living and working in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, Cecellia's global perspective is valued by corporate and individual clients for their total image effectiveness. In June 2009, Cecellia successfully achieved the qualification of AICI First Level Certification (FLC). |

| Pei Lin’s forte is to distill key
image concepts and present them in a practical and
structured manner for her corporate and private clients.
Her training clients appreciate her strong understanding
of the challenges of today’s competitive corporate
environment and how she transforms knowledge into
action. Prior to her image consulting career, Pei Lin
gained valuable management experience, including
extensive planning, implementation and public relations.
She was instrumental in bringing to completion
Singapore’s first reservoir in the city, the Marina
Barrage, a massive 3-year project which won several
international awards. Pei Lin holds a degree in Civil
Engineering (2nd Upper Honours) from Nanyang
Technological University (Singapore). She is now working
towards the AICI FLC professional image certification. |

| Syebvonne joined the cosmetics industry in the early 1990s and has accumulated years of experience in recommending trusted makeup advice and solutions to both trainers and consumers. While coordinating multiple promotions at LancĂ´me from 1997 to 2001, she regularly provided product and makeup training to the ground staff, ensuring that their knowledge and expertise were kept strong. Syebvonne focuses on creating a natural and polished look that works for career yet adapts easily for leisure. As a trainer, she is motivating and practical, and appeals to the novice as well as more experienced makeup users. |
